In April of 2021, the Gresh Wood Parade site was purchased by Mad Beach Brewing CEO Matthew Powers and his team. They will open a new restaurant concept in the historic building, called "Sesh." The new owner enjoys the fact that the building has historic bricks and wood framing, and will hopefully maintain much of the building's original structure and materials.
