A one-hundred-year-old church and its property in the desirable Old Northeast neighborhood in St Petersburg has been sold. The Westminster Presbyterian Church, consisting of two parcels of land, one with the church property and the other a separate parking lot across the alley to the south, has been sold. The Buyer, 126 11th Acquisitions, LLC, does not have any specific plans for renovations at this time, but is working on a few different ideas. Located at 126 11th Ave NE, the purchase price was $1,475,000. Their plans have not been announced, but may include adaptive reuse into multi-family or condominium units. The church was originally listed for sale in 2019, and has been designated as a local historic landmark since 2020.
